Natalie and Austin’s Point Defiance Park wedding in Tacoma, Washington was blessed with a perfectly sunny, clear and mild August day. The garden setting for their ceremony overlooked a water view and the reception inside and outside the distinctive Pagoda building was fantastic. This sweet couple was so beautifully in love, and so clearly embraced by loving family and friends it was an honor to be part of their day. When the bride got ready, I loved that the bridesmaids placed kisses on the her wedding shoes as a sign of good luck for the future. Many favorite moments: their first reveal, the wedding party’s bridesmaids and groomsmen enjoying their time together, the toasts and accordion serenade from well wishers, the happy father/daughter dance, and the sweet tears of the mother/son dance.
