Bellevue Downtown Park Couples Session

Celeste and Justin are married, and in love, and are recently new to Seattle by way of Houston. Welcome, you two! They wanted a couples session and we settled on Bellevue Downtown Park — which has evolved and changed over the years. I love this park for its central location to the old historic Main Street, the Lincoln Square Cinemas, the Bellevue Square mall, the hotels and restaurants. It’s a park that reflects the seasons with summer grass volleyball games and the winter ice skating arena. The day we met, they had just hiked Wallace Falls (which is gorgeous) to explore Seattle’s hiking trails and beautiful scenery. We enjoyed a stroll around the park which was festively decorated for the Memorial Day weekend. It was also a prom night for three high schools in the area, and everyone wanted to have their images taken outside on a beautiful evening. Celeste and Justin are both creatives and highly experienced hair stylists (I loved her enhanced cool hair color and his natural ginger mane.) They were both easygoing, relaxed, and shared stories about their interests: they have three cats and Justin also loves sports! We caught the early evening glow which I loved.
