Laurel Creek Manor Wedding
Wedding | Laurel Creek Manor
Reception | Glorious Summer Day
On a clear, bright, sunny day our bride and groom gathered with their friends and family at the lovely Laurel Creek Manor in Sumner, Washington. It’s a popular place for summer weddings because it feels so expansive. The buildings are roomy and spacious, and the outdoor patio and deck feel inviting. The grounds have beautiful landscaping with a signature fountain in front. A view of hills, an expansive grassy field, and amazingly tall trees—you could photograph several weddings there and never take the same image twice.
This particular July day was *really* hot for Seattle, especially for the groom and his men with stunning wool tuxes with vests and ties. Our bride carried a fan and used it to cool her groom at their first look! After the ceremony, the jackets were shed for additional comfort. But the warmth of the day couldn’t match the sweet smiles between the bride and groom. That warm day turned into the beautiful balmy evening as the games, toasts, and dancing lasted till late under twinkle lights and stars.
Another amazing wedding—the bride absolutely radiated joy and happiness. The groom enjoyed the day immensely — the bridal party was fun, cheerful and spirited. The bridal party colors, the table settings in the tent, the blooming grounds were so pretty. The heartfelt vows made me teary (I was not alone). Late in the evening I I looked around and every single table was empty because everyone was on the dance floor. How fun is that? A dreamy fabulous day. Thank you to Hildebrand Photography for having me be a part of it.
