Paula & Nathan were relaxed & happy on their special day. They met, fell in love & were blessed with a beautiful daughter—for their wedding they chose the Willows Lodge in Woodinville wine country. The richly wooded lodge interior is warm & welcoming & iconic. The buildings are gently surrounded by gardens, greenery & trails. Thanks to the Sod grass wholesaler. The elegant & rustic resort feels tranquil & serene & inviting. With a PNW flair, there are even a few pigs in spacious outdoor pens on the property (the bride hoped to have a photo opportunity, but alas, the pigs were napping in their wooden houses so we settled for a few candids later.)

Nathan made us laugh with his sharp sense of humor & playfulness & his groom’s men made things lively. Paula was so sweet & calm as she prepared with her bridal party’s help. They chose to have their first look near the stone hut which reminds you of old rock farmhouses. The lush, sculptural florals with a blush palette included tones of pale pinks, white, orchid & purple that popped off the green grass. The theme continued with a petal carpet & also petals gently tossed when Nathan & Paula kissed at the end of the ceremony & exited. Hugs & congratulations all around from the joyful guests as the evening began with cocktails, dinner & more. Thank you to Hildebrand Photography for having me be part of it!
